This is a collection of screenshots for setting up a project and using the standard tools.

Creating a Project

From the ActiveProjects page:

Adding Events

Fill in the date with the date picker button, and type in what the event is for the description. All dates are added to the "This Month" and "Next Month" calendars.

Closing TODO Boxes

These are to remind you of what needs to be added next. Just click the "Close" button.

Adding Items in the Collaborate Section

Click a button in the "Add" box to add a Header Creator, Text Creator, and optionally a Poll Creator or Table Creator. All of these are shown below.

Header Creator

Change "New Header" to the text you want.

This is always followed by a Text Creator, so this example continues on...

Text Creator

Type in the box, and it'll be text on the page. Use of the ##Link## keyword is also shown.

Poll Creator

It's not a fancy poll, but it's an easy way to collect information and make a decision. (If the need arises, the polls can certainly be improved.) Enter in up to 5 options, and users can select from those options and add their vote to the table. This makes it easy to screen out duplicate votes.

Table Creator

Tables are a great way to present information and track progress of multiple tasks. There are several simple columns to choose from currently. Note that once the table is created, it will only show an edit button (with no table) until information is added.
